-Responsible for the site Master Data processes aimed to ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of the master data in the ERP System, in accordance with local and global requirements.The Material Planner drives the tactical purchasing process for all materials to ensure materials availability and execution plan feasibility in accordance with Site inventory policy.

About the Role:

Responsible for supply chain data governance, preparing Monthly and Weekly Supply Chain Data, reports/overviews. Working closely with Global Supply Chain End to End Planning, ensuring consistency of planning data, parameters across the End-to-End supply network, analyze impact of changes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Management of Global Supply Chain KPIs for sites in Small Molecules Platform by setting up and driving robust processes, ensuring periodic checks and collaborating with cross functional teams both Global and Local.
• Conduct annual Target setting and cyclical checks, including root cause analysis.
• Prepare Monthly and Weekly Supply Chain Data, reports/overviews for various forums to support platform leadership team and Supply Chain teams with accurate and timely circulated reports.
• Drive ideation and implementation of new/improved supply chain reports, KPIs, using data analytics tools – QlikSense, Alteryx, Advanced Excel, PowerBI, in alignment with relevant functions. Training the users and promoting usage of the tools/processes.
• Co-ordinate and lead improvement Projects or ad-hoc analyses as needed, supporting the site and Global teams.
• Work closely with Global Supply Chain End to End Planning, ensuring consistency of planning data, parameters across the End-to-End supply network, analyze impact of changes.
• Identify and understand gaps in planning tools (SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response) which may impact KPIs & performance, address them with potential solutions, with Site/Country SCM Heads and SPOCs.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in field of Supply Chain, Operations, Pharmacy, Economy, Analytics, Engineering or other relevant
• Hands on working experience of Microsoft Office, Analytical and Visualization tools such as QlikSense, Alteryx, PowerBI etc. Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Preferred minimum 3 to 6years of experience in business data analytics, Supply Chain or relevant domains, in field of Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing or in other relevant functions.
