About the Role
Your responsibilities and activities will include:
- Plan, develop, and lead projects, based around key GCO products that deliver substantially greater outcome improvement than from the product alone or deliver substantially greater financial rewards for GCO
- Design and deliver an organization-wide capability building program to build a cadre of leaders within GCO who can lead such projects and further build capabilities in colleagues
- Act as subject matter expert for assigned workstream(s)
- Lead and independently own individual workstreams with guidance from overall project manager(s)
- Generate strategic insights based on best-in-class analysis & distil outputs and recommendations which enable informed decisions of top leaders
- Acts as sparring partner within project team and develop network of subject matter experts within GCO organization
Experience/Professional Requirements:
- Degree in relevant field, or relevant business experience.
- Fluent oral and written English.
- 5-7 years of industry experience collaborating across geographical boundaries.
- Expert level change, transformation and project management methodology knowledge e.g. Lean 6 Sigma, Waterfall, Agile
- Financial Management, Project Management, Strategy Development, Breakthrough Analysis, Business Mindset, Healthcare systems thinking, Managing Change.
- Analyzing stakeholder requirements, Impact Assessment and risk management, Developing and Delivering Story Flows and Presentations for Management.
- Knowledge of current and future global business trends.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
