V ekipi projektnega inženiringa iščemo novega člana tima na delovnem mestu Projektni inženir - ekspert (m/ž/d), ki bo odgovoren za načrtovanje, izvedbo in poročanje investicijskih projektov. Zagotavljanje tehničnih in strokovnih rešitev za investicijske projekte in kontroliranje izvedbe, skladno z zakonodajo, internimi predpisi, dobrimi praksami in poslovnimi cilji.

In Project Engineering team we are looking for Project Engineer I (m/f/d) who will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on CAPEX projects within the area of discipline. Supporting technical and expert solutions and execution control in compliance with internal regulations, good practices and regulatory standards.
About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Opredeliti in pripraviti tehnične rešitve z upoštevanjem Novartisovih internih dokumentov, zahtev, tehničnih smernic (koncepti, smernice, detajli...).
- Pripraviti nabavni načrt projekta, izvesti razpise v sodelovanju z nabavo in generirati nabavna naročila.
- Izvesti preglede projektov (npr. tehnični pregled kakovosti (TQR), konstruktibilnost), sodelovanje v »Design review-ih« in pri procesu DQ.
- Sodelovati pri in pripraviti specifikacije za opremo in sistemske zahteve pri projektu (npr. Specifikacija zahtev uporabnika).
- Pripraviti, pregledati in odobriti risbe, sezname, urnike, diagrame, členitve, izračune/kalkulacije in podatkovne liste za projekt. Izvajati koordinacijo tekom izvedbe gradnje in kvalifikacij.
- Pregledati novo opremo, opraviti testiranje pri dobavitelju / na objektu ( Factory acceptance test - FAT/ Site Acceptance Test -SAT ) pri projektu.
- Obvladovati pomanjkljivosti in odstope pri projektu.
- Druge naloge po navodilu nadrejenega in naloge na podlagi posebnega imenovanja.
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Visokošolska izobrazba tehnične ali druge ustrezne smeri.
- Strokovni izpit po ZGO (Zakon o graditvi objektov) ali ustrezni mednarodni certifikat je zaželen.
- Minimalno 3 leta delovnih izkušenj na področju inženiringa in investicijskih projektov v kemijski ali farmacevtski industriji.
- Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika in znanje lokalnega jezika.
- Poznavanje orodja Microsoft Office.
Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za nedoločen čas s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prepare technical solutions considering Novartis internal documents, requirements, and technical guidelines (concepts, guidelines, details...).
- Prepare the procurement plan for the project, conduct tenders in collaboration with procurement, and generate purchase orders.
- Conduct project reviews (e.g. technical quality review, constructability), participate in Design reviews, and contribute to the DQ process.
- Collaborate on and prepare specifications for equipment and system requirements for the project (e.g. User Requirement Specification).
- Prepare, review, and approve drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, breakdowns, calculations, and data sheets for the project. Coordinate construction and qualification activities.
- Review new equipment, conduct testing at the supplier's site or on-site (Factory Acceptance Test - FAT/ Site Acceptance Test - SAT) for the project.
- Manage deficiencies and deviations in the project.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent.
- Professional certification examination according to the Construction Act or other equivalent international certificate desired.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience and investment projects in Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in English and proficient in local language.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
